Refund Policy

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations

    1. Rescheduling:

    • Requests to reschedule must be made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled pickup.

    2. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the collection date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations after this period will not qualify for a refund.

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made in accordance with Section 2.
    • No refunds will be provided if items are:
      • Not left outside and you unavailable 
      • Inaccessible 
      • We have to wait longer than 5 mins
