Rescheduling and Cancellations
1. Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled pickup.
2. Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the collection date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations after this period will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made in accordance with Section 2.

- Not left outside and you unavailable
- Inaccessible
- We have to wait longer than 5 mins
