Welcome to Lets Recycle It. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mattress recycling services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Overview

We provide eco-friendly mattress recycling services. All bookings are subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.


2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation:

Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed.

2.2. Payment Terms:

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our website or an approved payment method.

2.3. Pricing:

Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of booking and is subject to change.

2.4. Service Area Fee:

If you book a service in a location outside our service areas as displayed on our website and do not cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or before we plan the route, a 25% fee will be applied.


3. Collection Requirements

3.1. Accessibility:

Items must be left outside the property and be fully accessible at the scheduled collection time unless otherwise agreed.

3.2. Condition of Items:

Items must be dry and in a manageable condition. Very wet, excessively damaged, or hazardous items cannot be collected.

3.3. Failure to Meet Requirements:

If the items are not accessible or in acceptable condition, the collection will not be completed, and no refund will be issued.


4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.1. Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule must be made at least [ 48 hours] before the scheduled pickup.

4.2. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the collection date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this period will not qualify for a refund.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made in accordance with Section 4.2.
No refunds will be provided if items are:

  • Not left outside.

  • Inaccessible.


6. Liability

6.1. Damage to Property:

Lets Recycle It is not responsible for any damage caused to items or property prior to or during collection.

6.2. Limit of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.


7. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Ensure items are accessible, dry, and ready for collection.

  • Provide accurate information during booking.

  • Notify us promptly if changes are required to your booking.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].


9. Changes to Terms
