Collections are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with all pickups completed by 6:00 PM.

We can collect items from inside or outside. If you need an urgent or alternate date collection, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist!

No, you don’t need to be present. As long as your items are in an easily accessible location, our team will handle the rest. We’ll provide before and after photos for your peace of mind. We aim to have everyone's collection collected by 6:00 PM

Once you place your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and collection details.

You will receive a text or email on the day to let you know we’re arriving soon—usually 30 to 60 minutes beforehand.

If you have any questions or need to change your booking, our team is always here to help.

When our team collects your old mattress or bed, it’s taken to a recycling centre, dismantled into 19 components, and each part is sanitised, sorted, and processed for recycling.
